1st International Probiotics Prebiotics and Functional Food Congress

 Our primary goal is to introduce probiotics to Turkish scholars and increase their awareness about them. We also pursue the goal of providing information to layman about probiotics and the way how to use them as well as about their benefits and harms. One of our leading goals is to support related research especially by young scientists and contribute to their projects in the field, working hand in hand with the industrial initiatives. As probiotics are popular food components for researchers and fast growing research area, it is highly probable that they will be used for the treatment of many diseases in the future. For the purposes cited, fully motivated and eager, we successfully initiated our association and its activities.
